what is not included.
kick boards are not included ( this is a optional extra ) chew strips, windows and floors are also not included

We do ask that all groundwork is complete before the delivery. We are not responsable for the base or any other work needed to erect the building.
We do SUPPLY a pressure treated 80mm x 50mm base for anything bought from us BUT at an extra cost please contact first.
We would also appreciate it if you can let us know on how easy/hard the access is to the property.
