We advise any building/summerhouse over 10 x 10 to be built in CLS 75mm x 50mm frame work to make sure that this supports the weight of the building, which will be 18% extra. 
Upgrades are available at an extra cost

We do ask that all groundwork is complete before the delivery. We are not responsable for the base or any other work needed to erect the building.
We do SUPPLY a pressure treated 80mm x 50mm base for anything bought from us BUT at an extra cost please contact first.
We would also appreciate it if you can let us know on how easy/hard the access is to the property.
